Our mission is to see every women set free and delivered from all bondages, strongholds, traumas and oppression.
We are a group of Women from backgrounds of:
- Physical abuse (from childhood and as an adult)
- Sexual Abuse (both childhood and adult)
- Prostitution
- Drug Addiction & Misuse
- Alcohol Addiction & Misuse
- Manipulative/controlling abusive relationships (both childhood and adult)
- Marriage/relationship breakdown
- Other traumas

Monthly Gatherings
We meet together monthly to foster community, connection and belonging. These meetings are designed to encourage the women to remain strong in their faith and to support them through emotional healing found in Jesus Christ.
- A place for women to deepen connection with others and find belonging
- Sometimes it can be difficult for people from trauma backgrounds to build consistent relationships with others for fear of rejection and the perceived need to not get too close for self protection. The monthly gatherings provide a place for the women to lean into learning how to build trustworthy, safe and healthy relationships with others.
- A place for ongoing discipleship and identity based teaching
Different women are brought in to share about their own journey and
- how Jesus has helped them to live a life of freedom and hope.
- Sometimes there are opportunities for women from the group to also share if they have experienced some significant breakthrough.
Outreaches
We take teams of women from previous backgrounds of abuse and trauma and activate them to be able to share their stories of hope and new found freedom with others.
Practical Workshops
There are many self worth and identity based beliefs held by women, especially those from childhood or relationship trauma, domestic violence, prostitution, marriage or relationship breakdown or substance misuse backgrounds.
These practical workshops are designed to address self identity issues and histories of brokenness, bringing hope, purpose and acceptance to Women as they discover their identity as a child of God.
- An opportunity for hands-on learning. Examples include
- Business Development Workshop
This short mentoring course is designed to
- catapult women into starting their own business. Business development has a significant impact on the women as it not only provides financial freedom but also builds self confidence.
- Vision Board Workshop
- This workshop helps the women to develop a vision and purpose for their lives
- 411 Workshop
- This workshop teaches the women how to share what they have learned and disciple someone else who might need to find healing in Jesus.
- Find Your Mission Workshop
- This workshop helps women to identify the gifts and calling on their lives and how they can use that to help others.
Women Retreats
A time for women, especially those from childhood or relationship trauma, domestic violence, prostitution, marriage or relationship breakdown or substance misuse backgrounds, to come together and seek God’s presence and experience his healing power at work in their lives.
Women are encouraged to find healing at the yearly retreats through:
- Being vulnerable and forming new relationships with others
- They have to share rooms, eat meals together and participate in group activities.
- Facing fears and areas of pain
- There is a strong emphasis on vulnerability and women are encouraged to share about their journeys and find encouragement from the women around them
- Finding healing through forgiveness
- The women are encouraged to forgive people who have hurt them in order to be fully freed from the ties of unforgiveness.
- Learning about their new identity in Jesus and how to walk free from trauma
- Women are taught through teaching sessions and camp workshops that in Jesus Christ there is freedom and hope.
